On being Eternal...

creating opportunities

treating people right

Practices such as training workers for upward mobility, profit-sharing, employee equity, and funds for childhood education can drastically improve the standard of living in Central America. If we show that a company can be successful while following these practices, we can start a permanent and eternal change in the economic landscape of the region.
